At Lisa Collins Photography, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at lcollinsphotos@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos of the damage (product and packaging).

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for replacement or return.

Apparel

Apparel may be returned or exchanged only if:

  • It is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return has been authorized by our team via email.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Custom items and personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.
