Thor
I captured this bald eagle perched along the Kasilof River on the Kenai Peninsula near Soldotna, Alaska. He was waiting for an easy fish from the fishermen nearby, and there were many eagles in the area that day. I was fortunate to be very close to him when I took this shot. He had such a strong, commanding presence that the name Thor just fit.
