Are the images AI generated?
No. Every image is based on Lisa Collins’ original photography and real life experiences, not AI generated artwork.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Customers can submit a custom print request with the image, medium, size, and additional information. Lisa personally reviews custom requests and uses that process to help guide the final order.
What can be customized?
Custom orders may include size, material, image selection, coloring, and framing. You can choose an existing image or inquire about other options, and Lisa can help guide the best final selection.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Lisa Collins Photography at lcollinsphotos@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the damage and packaging. Once approved, instructions will be provided for replacement or return.
Are custom or personalized items returnable?
No. The current return policy states that custom items and personalized products are non returnable.
