"Flora and fauna are a language- the earth's oldest story, written in roots, wings, and rivers."- Terry Tempest Williams

A Bit About Me

As a corporate pilot, I’ve had the rare privilege of traveling to some of the most remote and untouched corners of the world—Alaska’s snow-dusted wilderness, Africa’s wild savannas, and the crystal-clear waters of Grand Cayman. While the journeys themselves were extraordinary, it was the view from above that changed me.

The first time I witnessed the Aurora Borealis in Alaska, I was completely breathless—not only from the spectacle of lights dancing across the sky, but from the deep sense of privilege in standing witness to something so few will ever see. In that moment, I realized that these experiences weren’t just part of my career. They were gifts.

Flying into these isolated landscapes can be daunting—the danger of the journey, the remoteness of the land—but through my lens, I discovered that each place holds more than beauty. They hold stories, history, and an unshakable connection to the earth. Photography became my way of honoring those stories and sharing them with others.

Today, whether in the sky or on the ground, I find peace and strength in capturing the wild, unfiltered spirit of nature. Every image is not only a reflection of what I see, but a reminder of the wonder, resilience, and grounding power that our world has to offer.
